Collection: Nc'Nean Distillery - Highland Single Malt from Scotland

Founded in 2017, the Nc'Nean Distillery is located on the picturesque Morvern Peninsula on Scotland's west coast. As Scotland's first organic-only whisky distillery, it combines traditional craftsmanship with modern sustainability principles.

The name Nc'Nean is derived from the Gaelic goddess Neachneohain – the Queen of Spirits and Protector of Nature.

Pioneers of Sustainability Nc'Nean is B-Corp certified and operates carbon-neutrally (Scope 1 & 2). The distillery is powered by 100% renewable energy, processes exclusively certified organic barley from Scotland, and bottles its whiskies in 100% recycled glass bottles.

Characteristic Flavor Extended mashing and fermentation times (65-115 hours) and experimental yeast strains create elegant, unpeated single malts with pronounced fruit aromas. Maturation takes place in STR red wine casks, ex-Bourbon casks, and Oloroso sherry casks, which imparts the whiskies their characteristic sweetness and complexity.

Current Releases The range includes the Nc'Nean Organic as the core bottling with notes of citrus, peach, apricot, and spices (46% Vol.), the limited Quiet Rebels and Huntress series, as well as seasonal special editions. Each batch is produced in small series and shows individual nuances.
