Nc'nean Quiet Rebels: Simon – Organic Single Malt Whisky – Stout Cask Finish – 48.5% vol. (0.7 l)

The Nc'nean Distillery on the Scottish west coast stands for sustainability, innovation, and modern whisky enjoyment. The Quiet Rebels series honors members of the Nc'nean team who help shape the distillery's character with their work. This special edition is dedicated to Simon – the production manager who brought the vision of a special finish: Stout Cask Finish.

For this bottling, only organically grown barley was used. After initial maturation in ex-Bourbon and STR wine casks, the whisky received a finish in former stout beer casks. This gives it a creamy, malty depth and exceptional aromas. It was bottled at drinking strength with 48.5% vol., non-chill filtered and without coloring.

Tasting Notes:

• Aroma: Roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee, vanilla, and dried fruits.

• Taste: Creamy and smooth with notes of cocoa, toffee, malt coffee, spicy wood, and a hint of hops.

• Finish: Medium to long, warming and slightly dry with chocolate and cereal notes.
