The Nc’nean Organic Scotch Whisky Liqueur – Quiet Rebels: Sarah is a special edition from the sustainable distillery Nc’nean on the west coast of Scotland. The Quiet Rebels series honors distillery employees who, with their ideas and personalities, help shape Nc’nean's style. This bottling is dedicated to Sarah, whose creative signature is palpable in the recipe of this liqueur.

The liqueur is based on organic Nc’nean Single Malt and is refined with natural ingredients. It is not chill-filtered and impresses with its smooth texture and the clear, natural character typical of Nc’nean. At 20% vol., it is mild and easily accessible – ideal for pure enjoyment, on ice, or in cocktails.

Aroma: Gentle sweetness, vanilla malt note, honey, caramel, and delicate fruit nuances.

Taste: Round and soft with notes of ripe pears, vanilla cream, brown sugar, fine spices, and gentle oak.

Finish: Medium-long, pleasantly sweet with a slight spice and velvety aftertaste.
