The Nc'nean Organic Single Malt Whisky Huntress 2024 Orchard Cobbler is an outstanding example of the innovative spirit of the Scottish organic distillery Nc'Nean. This single malt captivates with its fresh, fruity aroma profile, achieved through a special adjustment of the cut points during distillation. The name "Orchard Cobbler" is derived from a popular dessert among the Nc'Nean team and reflects the sweet, fruity character of the whisky.

For maturation, the new make spirit was filled into a balanced combination of 66% STR Red Wine Casks, 31% Bourbon Casks, and 3% Oloroso Sherry Casks, which gives the whisky a complex depth. After nearly five years of storage, this single malt is bottled at 48.5% vol., without coloring or chill-filtration. The distillery relies on sustainable production methods and exclusively uses 100% renewable energy.

With a limited edition of only 6,153 bottles, the Nc'Nean Huntress Orchard Cobbler is an exquisite collector's item. Presented in its distinctive, dark recycled bottle, this whisky is a tribute to the combination of tradition and modern, ecological awareness.

Nose: Enticing aromas of caramelized peaches, ripe cherries, and sweet apricot compote dominate the nose. These are joined by creamy notes of cream, vanilla sugar, and a slight hint of refreshing menthol, lending a special freshness.

Palate: On the palate, rich notes of freshly baked fruit pie and orange marmalade unfold, underpinned by creamy vanilla custard and stewed cherries. The fruity sweetness is rounded off by a light, refreshing nuance of peppermint tea, giving the whisky an interesting complexity.

Finish: The finish is long and comforting, with a lingering sweetness reminiscent of liquid dessert. Delicate, spicy notes accompany the fruity impressions, which linger on the palate for a long time.
