The Nc'nean Distillery is a young, innovative distillery on the west coast of Scotland. Since its foundation, it has placed great emphasis on sustainability and operates completely CO₂-neutral. The barley used comes from organic farming and the distillery uses renewable energy. Nc'nean stands for modern whisky production with a clear focus on environment and quality.
The Nc'nean Organic Single Malt matures in a combination of ex-Bourbon casks and STR (Shaved, Toasted, Re-charred) red wine casks. This special cask selection gives the whisky a balanced combination of fruitiness and spice. The result is a smooth, fresh whisky with character.
In addition to the whisky, the set also includes stylish packaging and a thermos flask – ideal for the colder season.
Tasting Notes:

Aroma: Fresh and fruity with notes of citrus, green apples and herbs. Subtle vanilla in the background.
