The Tullibardine 500 Sherry Finish is made from unpeated barley malt and the water of the Danny Burn River from the Ochi Hills, using double distillation. It matures first in ex-bourbon casks before receiving its 12-month finish in ex-sherry casks with a capacity of 500 liters, known as butts, and is bottled at 43% vol.

Nose: Spicy and aromatic with dark brown sugar and toffee apple.
Taste: Stewed fruit, cinnamon, and Manuka honey. Dates and hints of allspice.
Finish: Long-lasting and creamy with a spicy, chocolatey frame.
