The Tullibardine 15 was distilled right after the Tullibardine distillery reopened in 2003. It has been part of the distillery's core range since 2020, expanding its product line. It is one of the few age-statement single malts from after the distillery's reopening; so far, there is only a 20 and a 25-year-old Tullibardine from a Fine Aged Collection.
It matures in a combination of first-fill Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Dried hay with notes of baked apples, cloves, and vanilla.
Taste: Full-bodied with notes of freshly baked rolls, strawberry jam, and fine spices.
Finish: Long finish with notes of vanilla, oak, and spices.
