Torabhaig Legacy Series Cnoc Na Moine 46% vol. 0.7L

The Torabhaig Distillery is one of the youngest distilleries on the Scottish Isle of Skye. Since its founding in 2017, it has combined traditional production methods with modern expertise.

The Cnoc Na Moine is part of the Legacy Series, a range of limited edition bottlings that document the distillery's development. This single malt was produced from peated barley and matured in a combination of American Oloroso and PX & ex-Bourbon Casks. The casks give the whisky a balanced harmony between smoke and fresh aromas.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Intense peat notes, accompanied by fresh citrus fruits and a salty sea breeze. Subtle vanilla and honey nuances provide a pleasant sweetness.

Taste: The palate is dominated by powerful smoke notes, harmoniously combined with aromas of green apple, herbs, and spicy oak. A slight oiliness creates a full-bodied sensation.

Finish: The finish is long and persistent with a pleasant warmth, accompanied by ash notes and a hint of pepper.
