Talisker Port Ruighe is a tribute to the Scottish trade routes that once transported port wine. The meticulous distillation follows centuries-old methods, using clear spring water and malted barley. After distillation, the whisky matures in American oak casks to develop its depth and complexity. It is then finished in port wine casks, which imparts exceptional sweetness and richness. This two-stage maturation combines Scottish finesse with Portuguese tradition, creating an unparalleled single malt.
