The Signature Edition ELEVEN from St. Kilian is an intense and powerful single malt whisky that delights with its smoky and sweet aromas. This heavily peated whisky (54 ppm) was distilled in 2019 and bottled in 2022, after maturing exclusively in former Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey casks. This special cask selection gives the whisky a distinct vanilla and caramel sweetness, which harmoniously blends with the peaty notes. Bottled at 46.2% vol and neither chill-filtered nor colored, it offers a natural and authentic taste experience. The limited edition comprises 8,340 bottles – a must for lovers of smoky whiskies!

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Subtle smoke with sweet vanilla and malt notes, and fresh citrus fruits and apricots add a fruity lightness

Taste: Creamy sweetness of banana compote, vanilla and malt, and spicy accents of white pepper and juicy lemon with fine campfire smoke that perfectly integrates into the aromas

Finish: Medium-long and balanced, with a renewed resurgence of smoke and spicy oak accents, accompanied by vanilla, banana chips and baking spices
