This bottling comes from the CORE range of the St-Kilian Distillery from the beautiful Rüdenau in Lower Franconia. The Classic bottling titled "mild&fruity" impresses with notes of apricots and peaches, creamy vanilla, spicy oak notes, and fine herbs.

Nose: Complex fruit notes of ripe apricots, peaches, yellow plums, and plantains marry with creamy vanilla to form a sweet fruit medley, underpinned by finely spiced oak and a delicate herbal note of fresh mint and a hint of sage.
Taste: Harmoniously sweet and warming at the same time with apricots and peaches, creamy toffee, and spicy oak aromas, piquantly refined with a pinch of white pepper and perfectly rounded off with a hint of fresh mint.
Finish: Creamy caramel notes linger pleasantly long with fine brittle, subtly dry oak spice, and a hint of fine herbs.
