The renowned Springbank Distillery, nestled in the heart of Campbeltown, Scotland's smallest whisky region, is known for its traditional whisky production. The 15-year-old Single Malt is a prime example of the distillery's craftsmanship, which still relies on traditional methods, including floor malting and slow distillation.

The whisky matures for 15 years 100% in sherry casks, with the longer maturation in the former sherry casks giving it extraordinary depth and complexity.

This maturation period allows the whisky to develop a rich spectrum of aromas and fully absorb the characteristic notes of the casks.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Demerara sugar, dark chocolate, Christmas cake, almonds, toffee, oak.

Palate: Creamy, raisins, dark chocolate, figs, marzipan, Brazil nuts and vanilla.

Finish: Oak and sherry notes contribute, mingling with a hint of leather.
