At the heart of the pristine Scottish landscape stands the Nc'nean Distillery, a bastion of ecological distillation art. The "Quiet Rebels: Gordon" is a tribute to innovative spirits and is distinguished by its sustainable production process. Each bottle tells the story of Gordon, a pioneer who helped shape the distillery.

The barley for this exquisite single malt is organically grown and gently malted to preserve its natural aromas. It is matured in a combination of different casks. The "Quiet Rebels: Gordon" matures for 74% in STR red wine casks, 19% in ex-sherry casks and 7% in ex-Rivesaltes wine casks, which give the whisky exceptional depth.

Tasting Notes: Aroma: The opening is characterized by a fresh, floral scent, mingling with notes of apple blossom and a hint of lemon zest. This is followed by a sweet aroma of vanilla and freshly baked bread, created by maturation in bourbon casks.

Taste: On the palate, "Quiet Rebels: Gordon" presents an elegant sweetness reminiscent of caramel and ripe stone fruit. The STR wine casks add a subtle spiciness, bringing to mind cloves and toasted almonds.

Finish: The finish is long-lasting and complex, with a warm oak note that bids farewell with an aftertaste of dried fruits and a delicate smokiness, creating a well-rounded and satisfying end to the tasting experience.
