The Lindores Abbey Distillery Gary’s Exclusive Cask Cream Sherry Finish is a high-quality single malt whisky bottling from the legendary Lindores Abbey, the historical birthplace of Scotch whisky. Each bottle of this limited edition has been hand-signed by Gary, one of the distillery's Master Blenders, making it a special collector's item.

This version matured classically before being finished in Cream Sherry casks – a finish that imparts deep, sweet-spicy aromas to the whisky. It was bottled at cask strength of 53.0% vol., unfiltered and without coloring, to present the natural aroma profile unadulterated.

Nose: Rich with dried fruits, sultanas, honey, toffee, vanilla, and fine spice notes.

Palate: Full and complex with dark dried fruits, plums, caramel, fruit compote, sweet sherry sweetness, and subtle nutty aromas.

Finish: Long-lasting, soft and elegant with a pleasant sweetness, fine oak, and spicy nuances.
