This single malt whisky is carefully distilled in traditional pot stills and gains its unique complexity through maturation in selected bourbon casks with an 18-month finish in Rioja wine casks. The combination of the island's smoky peat and the sweet spice of Spanish wine results in a whisky of exceptional quality and depth.
