The Kilkerran Distillery (Glengyle) from Campbeltown deliberately focuses on heavily peated single malts with its Heavily Peated series. Batch 13 is part of this intense line, bottled at cask strength with 58.6% vol., unfiltered and with natural color. This bottling shows Kilkerran's rougher side – peaty, powerful, and complex, as only one of Scotland's most traditional whisky regions can produce.

Nose: Smoke and peat are at the forefront, accompanied by salty sea air, vanilla, citrus zest, and dark chocolate.

Palate: Full-bodied and intense with bonfire smoke, sweet malt, honey, spices, and a hint of dark fruits and oak.
