With this bottling, the Kilchoman Distillery on the Scottish island of Islay realizes its consistent "100% Islay" philosophy: barley, malting, distillation, maturation and bottling were all carried out on Islay.
Production & Maturation
The whisky comes from the 2011–2013 harvests and matured for 11 years in 16 ex-Oloroso sherry butts before being bottled at 50% vol. No chill-filtering, no added colors. Tasting Notes

Aroma: Orange peel, dried fruit, light peat smoke, sweet spices.
