Kilbeggan is a blend of malt and grain whiskey and is produced by the Cooley Distillery.
Tasting
Nose: Traces of sweet Oloroso dominate the grain. Palate: The malt spreads out, showing sweet honey notes. The grain develops a little later, forming a soft mid-palate. Finish: The dryness lingers with some true oak notes. Tasting Notes by Cooley
