The Isle of Raasay "Dun Cana" Sherry Quarter Cask is a distinctive bottling from the young Raasay Distillery, named after a prominent volcanic mountain on the island. The distillery is known for innovative cask maturation, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern influences. This edition is bottled at 52% vol., non-chill filtered and natural color, offering an intense and unadulterated flavor experience.

The whisky matured in a combination of different oak casks and received an intensive finish in Sherry Quarter Casks. These smaller casks increase the contact surface between wood and whisky, resulting in particularly pronounced aromas of sherry, spices, and dark fruits.

Aroma: Rich notes of raisins, figs, caramel, vanilla, spices, and a hint of smoke.

Taste: Full-bodied and powerful with dark fruits, toffee, chocolate, spices, sweet malt, and fine oak spice.

Finish: Long, warm, and intense with lingering sherry sweetness, spicy notes, and subtle smokiness.
