The Isle of Jura Distillery is located on the remote island of Jura on Scotland's west coast. Few people live there – but since 1810, whisky with a special character has been distilled here. The distillery is known for its balanced single malts, which often gain additional depth through special cask maturations.

The Jura 12-Year-Old matured in ex-Bourbon casks made of American white oak and received a finish in Oloroso sherry casks from Spain. This combination produces elegant fruit, mild spice, and a pleasant sweetness. At 40% vol., this whisky is smooth and approachable – ideal for connoisseurs of classic Speyside and island styles.

Tasting Notes:

• Aroma: Honey, dried fruit, soft oak spice, and a hint of cocoa.

• Taste: Full-bodied and smooth with notes of toffee, dark chocolate, oranges, and sherry sweetness.
