The Glenmorangie Triple Cask Reserve is an elegant Highland Single Malt from the renowned Glenmorangie Distillery, known for its fine, expressive whiskies. For this bottling, the distillery relies on a special cask maturation in three different types of casks: ex-Bourbon casks, ex-Sherry casks and wine casks. This combination gives the whisky a balanced blend of sweetness, fruit and spice. It was bottled at 40% vol., which makes it soft, harmonious and accessible.
Nose: Gentle vanilla notes meet fresh citrus fruits, ripe pear and a hint of honey.
Taste: Round and smooth with aromas of toffee, caramel, dried apricots, almonds and a fine oak spice.
Finish: Medium-long, warm and harmonious with fruity nuances and an elegant hint of spice.
