Carefully selected American white oak casks that previously held bourbon are used for maturation. These casks, both first and second fill, give the whisky its characteristic sweetness and complexity. The ten-year maturation in these casks ensures the perfect balance between the distillate's natural fruitiness and the rich vanilla notes from the wood.

Tasting Notes:

Aroma: The nose is first greeted by a bouquet of floral notes, which develops into a symphonic interplay of ripe peach fruitiness and subtle citrus freshness, underpinned by a vanilla sweetness.
