The GlenAllachie Distillery is located in the heart of the Scottish Speyside and was founded in 1967. Since its acquisition by Master Distiller Billy Walker in 2017, the distillery has become an insider tip for characterful single malts. Today, GlenAllachie stands for artisanal production, long maturation, and careful cask selection.
The GlenAllachie 18 Year Old matured in a combination of ex-Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, as well as selected virgin oak casks. This maturation gives the whisky a deep color, complex aromas, and a harmonious structure. It is bottled at drinking strength with 46% vol., without chill filtration and without coloring.
Tasting Notes:

Aroma: Dark chocolate, raisins, spices and a hint of orange zest.
