The Glenallachie 15-year-old matures in ex-sherry casks (Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso puncheons and hogsheads) and in virgin American oak casks. It is then bottled at 46% ABV.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Intense with notes of raisins, toffee and sweet spices.
Taste: Notes of bananas, orange peel and dark chocolate.
Finish: Medium long finish.
