The Edradour 10 Years – Signatory Un-Chillfiltered is a characterful single cask bottling from the traditional Edradour Distillery in the Scottish Highlands. Distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2026, this single malt matured for 10 years and reflects the typical, artisanal style of one of Scotland's smallest distilleries. The bottling is done at 46% vol., non-chillfiltered and natural color, which ensures the whisky remains particularly authentic and aromatic.

The maturation took place entirely in a First Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt (#315) made of Spanish oak. This cask provides an intense sherry influence with dark fruits, spicy notes, and a deep, rich structure.

Aroma: Rich notes of raisins, dates, dark chocolate, nuts, caramel, and fine spices.

Taste: Full-bodied and smooth with flavors of plums, dried fruits, toffee, cinnamon, cocoa, and spicy oak.

Finish: Long, warm, and complex with lingering sherry sweetness, spices, and elegant wood notes.
