The Dailuaine Distillery is located in the Speyside region of Scotland and was founded in 1852. It is now part of the Diageo Group and mainly supplies malt for blends, while single malt bottlings like this one are rare.
Production & Maturation:
This bottling comes from the famous Flora & Fauna series, introduced by United Distillers/Diageo to highlight lesser-known distilleries.
The 16-year-old malt matured predominantly in sherry casks, which is clearly evident in the aroma and taste.
Tasting Notes:

Aroma: Rich in dried fruits (raisins, dates), with orange peel, honey, and a hint of cinnamon spice.
