Its peaty recipe matured for over 3 years in ex-bourbon and Italian Amarone red wine casks. It was double distilled in Scottish pot stills and has 49% vol. alcohol.
One tastes a clear sweetness with dominant smoke aromas. It has a slight caramel note and spice and impresses with its pleasant dryness.
