The Benromach was allowed to mature for 21 long years in first-fill bourbon and sherry casks. An elegant Speyside malt with sherry influences.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Sweet sherry aromas with underlying citrus, ginger, and oak notes, accompanied by a hint of smoke.

Taste: Initially sweet with cracked black pepper, Seville orange and raspberry flavors leading to baked apple and subtle spice.

Finish: Medium-long finish with charred oak and gentle peat smoke.
