The Ardbeg TEN is one of the best-known and most characteristic bottlings from the island of Islay – a true classic for fans of peaty whiskies. Since its reintroduction in the early 2000s, it has been considered a benchmark for powerful, smoky single malts with a maritime influence. It is non-chill filtered, uncoloured and bottled at 46% ABV – entirely in the spirit of natural authenticity.
The whisky matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks, which allows the intense peat smoke to combine wonderfully with sweet, malty and fruity notes.
Tasting Notes:
