Redbreast 12 Cask Strength is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in copper pot stills.
Matured in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry oak casks, the legendary and distinctive Redbreast sherry style is a delight in every bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Juicy exotic fruits with some citrus, notes of apricot and sultanas.
Taste: Rich, fully rounded and smooth with luscious fruits and spices. Sweet vanilla and a hint of oak.
Finish: Long finish of a combination of fruits and spices, slowly giving way to toasted oak and then barley.
