The Dalmore Distillery, located in Alness in the Scottish Highlands, was founded in 1839. The 15-year-old expression showcases the distillery's characteristic cask regimen: initial maturation in ex-Bourbon casks, followed by a finish in three different sherry cask types (Amoroso, Apostoles, and Matusalem Oloroso).
