The Dalmore Distillery is located in the Scottish Highlands and was founded in 1839.
With the "Sherry Cask Select" version of the 12-year-old, it pays tribute to its characteristic style: classic maturation in American ex-Bourbon casks, followed by a finish in carefully selected sherry casks from Jerez - including those from the cooperages Tevasa, Vasyma, and Páez, with an assemblage of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez wines.

First main maturation in American white oak (ex-Bourbon) in the house style. Finished with a 2-3 year finish in old Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks from Jerez.
