The Old Bushmills Distillery is one of the oldest licensed distilleries in the world – founded in 1608 in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. It stands for traditional Irish distilling artistry and is known for its smooth, triple-distilled whiskeys. With the exclusive Causeway Collection, Bushmills brings limited edition single malts to the market that impress with special cask finishes.
This 13-year-old single malt was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2021. It was matured in rare Jupille oak casks from France. This type of cask is known for its delicate woody notes and elegant structure. The bottling is neither chill-filtered nor colored and was bottled at cask strength with a robust 55.1% vol.
