Cake-like texture. The peat notes add extra dimension. Palate: Initially orange and vanilla. Somewhat reminiscent of Turkish Delights (syrup-based confectionery) and a kind of chewing gum. Pleasantly oaky. A little mocha. The peat seems more in the background, but completes the profile very well and develops more and more over time. Finish: Long and rich with hints of orange.
