Located in the picturesque southwest of Ireland, the distillery follows a philosophy based on local ingredients and traditional methods.

This Pot Still Whiskey is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and distilled in copper pot stills. Maturation takes place in carefully selected bourbon barrels, which impart a gentle vanilla note and subtle sweetness to the whiskey. The relatively short maturation period of five years allows the fresh, lively grain notes to shine through and preserves the original character of the raw ingredients.

Tasting Notes:

Aroma: The West Cork 5 Year Old Pot Still offers an aroma reminiscent of freshly cut grass and hay, with a sweet caramel note and the freshness of pears.

Taste: On the palate, a rich layer of barley and malt notes unfolds, intertwined with vanilla and a hint of black pepper.
