In the background, coconut, fresh sawdust, candied\/burnt orange and hints of almonds. On the palate, just as vibrant and fresh as the aromas – spicy, green apples and hard pear drops. The vibrancy gives the whisky a light feel. Vanilla, crumbly brown sugar and honey develop, giving the whisky a beautiful sweetness. After a while, woody spices emerge, reminiscent of a combination of sawdust and baking spices (especially cinnamon and nutmeg). Becoming drier. Delayed notes of candied orange and white chocolate with hints of white pepper and dried ginger. The finish is relatively short with the previous flavors from the palate.
