Immediate notes of crumbly brown sugar and toffee, developing into honeycomb\/golden syrup and juicy sultanas. A lot of fresh oak, reminiscent of pencil shavings again, plus some cinnamon. These elements are supported by bittersweet, malty barley, earthy ginger root, baking spices, and cocoa powder. Mild and warm on the finish. Drying wood spices, especially cinnamon.
